Welcome — my name is Paulina. I am a yoga teacher and writer and this space is a documentation of my journey of self-expression and authenticity. My work lives at the instersection of yoga, disciplined & exploratory movement as well as writing – practices that invite presence, intimacy and a deep connection to the self.
I discovered yoga in 2020, during lockdown. Through asanas, breathwork, and meditation, I unlocked a new level of inner freedom that allowed me to tap into the subtleties of my body and emotions. I went on to complete my first 200HR training with Yoga Renew, followed by a 300HR training with Om Yoga Flow. In 2025, I returned to the roots of the practice, undertaking a further 200HR training in Rishikesh India. Learning there brought much reverence and appreciation for yoga as a discipline and prayer.
My teaching is informed not only by training but lived human experience. I developed an understanding of intelligent movement, unmatched patience and consistency. This led me into hours of self-study in mobility, flexibility and somatic awareness shaping a practice that is grounding, strong and deeply attuned to the nervous system.
Writing was my first love; since childhood, I have found meaning and refuge in stories and language, and nurtured my own love affair with words. I write on Substack, where you can find life musings, longer-form writing and more.
More recently, dance and exploratory movement became outlets that provided space to express what words and stillness could not. Playing with the precision and discipline of ballet and the fluidity of free dance allows more ways to mediate with the body.
If you are looking to give your mind and body a safe space to cultivate awareness, progress, creativity, and strength, I invite you to practice with me or get in touch to create together.
