Private Sessions

I offer 1:1 yoga sessions and group sessions based on the teachings of Hatha, Vinyasa & Ashtanga yoga.

Each session is 60 minutes, and for corporate packages I offer 45-60 min sessions to adjust to schedule. I also offer an online 30 minute express session for those who want a short & sweet practice.

1:1 Sessions

Embark on your path to inner & outer freedom. Sessions combine yoga, breathwork, and reflective journaling. Begin with a complimentary call to discuss your journey, explore what resonates and we’ll craft a session uniquely for you.

Group Sessions

Small group sessions offer a shared, intimate way to move and breathe together and are grounded, supportive, and intentional.

Each session is adapted to individual needs while honouring the group’s shared rhythm or intention. Practices weave together yoga and breath-work, creating space for connection, presence and ease. Sessions can be for 3-6 in group sessions.

Corporate Yoga Sessions

Created for modern workplaces, these sessions combine movement, breathwork, and mindful practices to support employee wellbeing -helping teams decompress, recharge, and bring greater balance into the working day.
